Room-for-Room Replacement: The reselected merchandise must remain within the same room category. For instance, if your sofa is being replaced, the new furniture must also be another sofa, not a recliner for example.
Equal or Greater Value: Your reselect is to be of equal or greater value than the original item. Please note that no refunds will be given.
Plan Fulfillment:Once Montage approves the reselection, your current protection plan for those items is considered fulfilled. A new protection plan would need to be purchased for the new items.
