Information About Your Order

 

You can now check the status of your purchase by entering the order number and zip code below. The order number is a 11 or 12 digit number you would have received at the time of purchase.

 

Delivery Orders

If you selected delivery as the preferred means to receive your merchandise, we will email or text you the day before your scheduled delivery with a guaranteed 2 hour time frame. If we are late for that delivery, we will issue you a Furniture Fair gift card in the amount of your delivery fee. If a specific delivery time and day are required, special accommodations can be made to meet these requirements. Rates for these services are available by visiting one of our many showroom locations.

We do not accept COD orders. The balance of your order must be paid prior to scheduling your delivery date. We offer convenient financing terms as well. These arrangements must be made before your delivery can be scheduled.

If you are not at home when we arrive to make your scheduled delivery, please contact the store where you made your purchase. We will schedule another delivery for you. A second delivery charge can be avoided by notifying us no later than 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Anything rescheduled within the 2 days prior or any not at home deliveries will be charged a second delivery fee.

Professional Delivery Service

Ed and Anthony might be great in other endeavors, but I am not quite sure they are the best choice for delivery. Thankfully we have a professional delivery staff to ensure your merchandise arrives safe and secure.

The items you purchased are precious to us so we take great pains in ensuring they arrive safely to your home. For safety of our customers all deliveries at this time will be to the threshold of your home.

  • Merchandise will still be wrapped or boxed and unassembled
  • We send you a courtesy email and text notification to let you know of your scheduled delivery time.
  • Customers should still be home for delivery, to be able instruct where they want merchandise placed.
  • Drivers will attempt to call ahead to determine drop off location and limit interaction.
  • Drivers will be wearing a face covering, and maintain a 6 ft distance from the customer at all times.
