We will email you the day before your scheduled delivery with a guaranteed 2 hour time frame. If we are late for that delivery, we will issue you a Furniture Fair gift card in the amount of your delivery fee. If a specific delivery time and day are required, special accommodations can be made to meet these requirements. Rates for these services are available by visiting one of our many showroom locations.
We do not accept COD orders. The balance of your order must be paid prior to scheduling your delivery date. We offer convenient financing terms as well. These arrangements must be made before your delivery can be scheduled.
If you are not at home when we arrive to make your scheduled delivery, please contact the store where you made your purchase. We will schedule another delivery for you. A second delivery charge can be avoided by notifying us no later than 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Anything rescheduled within the 2 days prior or any not at home deliveries will be charged a second delivery fee.
