Check Order Status

You can now check the status of your purchase by entering the order number and zip code below. The order number is a 11 or 12 digit number you would have received at the time of purchase.

Delivery Orders

If you selected delivery as the preferred means to receive your merchandise, we will email or text you the day before your scheduled delivery with a guaranteed 2 hour time frame. If we are late for that delivery, we will issue you a Furniture Fair gift card in the amount of your delivery fee. If a specific delivery time and day are required, special accommodations can be made to meet these requirements. Rates for these services are available by visiting one of our many showroom locations.

Pick Ups

Before arriving for your pickup, please call the store where you made your purchase to verify your merchandise has arrived. We cannot pull your order until you arrive, so please allow 15-20 minutes for us to pull your merchandise. Please bring a copy of your sales order or a photo ID with you when picking up your order.

Delivery & Pick-Up Policies

We do not accept COD orders. The balance of your order must be paid prior to scheduling your delivery date. We offer convenient financing terms as well. These arrangements must be made before your delivery can be scheduled.

If you are not at home when we arrive to make your scheduled delivery, please contact the store where you made your purchase. We will schedule another delivery for you. A second delivery charge can be avoided by notifying us no later than 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Anything rescheduled within the 2 days prior or any not at home deliveries will be charged a second delivery fee.

Special & Out of Stock orders - All orders are subject to manufacturers production schedule. Please understand any time frame given is an approximate and in no way a guarantee. We will notify you of any unforseen delays as we are made aware by the manufacturer. Once your order is received, our office staff or your sales consultant will contact you to schedule delivery. Please give careful consideration when making your selection. There can be no cancellations or refunds on special orders.

Layaways and Hold Orders -We are happy to hold select merchandise for up to 3 Months free of charge. A convenient payment schedule will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Sorry, no refunds after 10 days.

AS-IS Purchases - "As-Is" means just that. We will not service, exchange or accept cancellation of "As-Is" merchandise.

Limited Warranty - All furniture sold by Furniture Fair (other than As-Is) is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under conditions of normal usage for one year from date of delivery. All warranties include one full year of parts and labor.

Repairs of any such defects as defined will be made without charge to the original purchaser for one full year (parts and labor). After the first year, our service department may be able to order parts and/or make repairs subject to availability and charges to the customer at the prevailing rate.

The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from negligence, misuse, fire, or accident. This confirms by guidelines as set by the Better Business Bureau. Please keep your sales receipt(s) and any special warranty tag(s).

Refund / Return Policy

When you receive our premium delivery service if there are any items which need to be serviced please contact our Customer Care Department at 513-874-5553.

If within three (3) days of the delivery you are not satisfied with your merchandise we will be happy to assist you with exchanging your product or obtaining a refund.

  • Any cancellation of the merchandise within the three (3) day period will be processed for the original merchandise purchase, minus a restocking fee. Delivery fees are not refundable.
  • Merchandise must be in original / new condition.
  • This return policy does not apply to clearance items, mattresses, special orders or floor sample merchandise.
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS are Non Returnable/Non Refundable

Happiness Guarantee

If within 3 days you are not completely satisfied with the item you have selected you may come in and re-select new merchandise; Re-Stocking and Delivery fees will apply. This guarantee DOES NOT apply to special / custom order merchandise.

No Use No Lose Guarantee

Furniture Fair offers superior product protection through our Assurance Plus Furniture Protection Plan. This offers you peace of mind in case the furniture is accidentally damaged in your home. If at the end of 5 years you have not needed this plan, you can receive a certificate for the full amount of the plan. This certificate can be used towards the purchase of any product double the price of your original Assurance Plus plan amount. This ceritficate must be claimed within 6 months of the plan expiration date and used within 12 months of the expiration date.
