Our Mattress Comfort Guarantee

You may exchange your mattress once for a mattress of greater or equal value (the difference must be paid at the time of exchange), with a return delivery fee. The purchase price of your original mattress less a disposal fee (equal to 10% of your original mattress purchase price) will be used as a credit towards the purchase of a different mattress. Disposal fee will not exceed $250.

If you aren’t absolutely satisfied with your new mattress, you can return it with a return delivery fee and receive, as a refund, the purchase price of the mattress less a disposal fee equal to 20% of the mattress purchase price (disposal fee not to exceed $500). Your refunded purchase price will be further reduced by any state taxes that we are required to apply.

Each mattress manufacturer specifies the time frame for your mattress trial. See below for details by vendor:

30th day after delivery to the 120th day.

30th day after delivery to the 60th day.

30th day after delivery to the 90th day.

30th day after delivery to the 90th day.

30th day after delivery to the 365th day.

Law tag must be on the mattress to qualify for any sleep guarantee. Furniture Fair cannot refund, exchange or return any stained mattress. Floor models, Hot buy’s and as-is items do not qualify for a sleep guarantee. Box spring/foundation/adjustable bases are not returnable by any manufacturer.
