Our Mattress Comfort Guarantee

At Furniture Fair, we are committed to helping you find the perfect mattress for a great night's sleep. We do everything we can to ensure we have the tools and experts to get you the right mattress the first time, and that is how we are able to pass on the guaranteed lowest prices. However, if your mattress isn’t a perfect fit, our Comfort Re-selection Policy provides an opportunity to exchange or return it under the following guidelines:

• Serta iComfort and Hybrids/Simmons Beautyrest Black: 30–120 days
• Serta Perfect Sleepers: 30–60 days
• Tempur-Pedic/Stearns & Foster: 30–90 days
• Kingsdown (Excludes Prime Onyx Models): 30–90 days
• Leesa: 30–99 days

• Excluded Brands: MD Mattress, Primo, Ashley, Southerland, and Kingsdown Prime Onyx models
• Other Exclusions: Clearance items, "Hot Buy”, floor models, "as-is” items, stained mattresses or those missing a the original law tag
• Additional items which do not effect comfort:box springs, foundations, adjustable bases and non returnable
• Bedding Accessories: Pillows, sheets and protectors cannot be returned

1. The mattress must remain in your home for a minimum of 30 days, as we know it takes your body time to get used to any new mattress
2. The mattress must have its original law tag and be free of stains or damage.

When exchanging:

• Disposal Fee: 10% of the original purchase price (maximum $250)
• Delivery Fee: Applies for the exchange or return of your mattress

30th day after delivery to the 365th day.

• If you choose to return your mattress, a disposal fee of 20% (maximum $500) will be deducted from your refund.
• Our team is able to come pickup the mattress, a $119 delivery fee will apply
