A Day of Fun and Learning at the Cincinnati Zoo with the Anthony Munoz Foundation

At Furniture Fair, we believe in the power of bringing people and organizations together for the greater good. That’s why partnering with amazing organizations like the Cincinnati Zoo and the Anthony Munoz Foundation makes events like our recent day at the zoo so meaningful and effortless.

For over 23 years, Furniture Fair and the Anthony Munoz Foundation have joined forces to engage and impact youth across the Tri-State area—mentally, physically, and spiritually. Together, we’ve helped award over $1 million in scholarships and positively influenced the lives of nearly 60,000 kids. Days like this one at the zoo are just another way we continue to give back to the community.

Exploring the Zoo

A Day at the Zoo: Learning and Fun

Our goal for the day was simple: bring together a group of kids and let them experience something new, exciting, and educational. Thanks to the zoo’s amazing exhibits, the kids got what we like to call a “close enough to care” experience with animals. Whether it was meeting Cruncher, a huge favorite among the group, or bravely standing in line to get up close to a snake, the kids were all smiles. Some were nervous at first, but their courage shone through, and they left with memories they’ll cherish.

The day wasn’t just about animals, though. We also took in some of the zoo’s family-friendly attractions. The kids were excited to hop on the train, where we saw wolves, flamingos, and even took a scenic ride over a lake full of ducks and swans. It was the perfect way to blend a bit of fun and adventure with learning.

And let’s not forget the carousel! Watching the kids light up as they rode was a reminder of why we do events like this. The Cincinnati Zoo is all about family fun, education, and wildlife conservation, and it was great to see families come together for a good time.

Looking to the Future

As we look ahead, Furniture Fair is excited to continue our partnership with the Anthony Munoz Foundation and the Cincinnati Zoo. Days like this remind us how important it is to engage with our youth, to inspire them, and to give them the tools to grow. Whether we’re helping them connect with nature or providing scholarships, we’re investing in a better future.

We believe that when we empower kids to learn and explore, we all win.
