Yes. Joybird offers a limited lifetime warranty (up to ten years) on wood frames, joints, bases, legs, and hardware. Cushions, fabric, and leather are covered under a separate one-year limited warranty, while springs carry a three-year warranty. When you purchase through Furniture Fair, you also benefit from our local customer support team right here in the Cincinnati area.
Because Joybird pieces are made to order, production typically takes a few weeks depending on the style and fabric you choose. Once your furniture is ready, Furniture Fair offers next-day delivery throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, including Loveland, Fairfield, Mason, West Chester, and surrounding communities. Our in-house delivery team handles setup so your new piece is ready to enjoy right away.
