As Furniture Fair continues to grow, full-time delivery drivers are needed to perform local deliveries in the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Louisville, and Dayton areas. Our Delivery Team is a vital part of our team, ensuring merchandise is delivered safely, on time, and with a smile.
A great delivery driver for Furniture Fair delivers products to customer’s homes promptly, loads and unloads delivery trucks, inspects and monitors the delivery vehicle, and maintains an accurate inventory of packages and materials.
Qualified delivery drivers must be at least 21 years of age, must have experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields, a clean driving record, the ability to handle a physical workload while being deadline-oriented and safety conscious.

Furniture Fair Customer Care Representative responsibilities include entering and scheduling service calls, ordering repair parts, custom reporting, speaking with customers over the phone to resolve any issues before or after delivery, handling any warranty issues, and helping delivery drivers service technicians, manufacturing companies, and fellow teammates via phone.
Qualified workers must have at least 1-2 years of previous customer service experience (preferably in a retail or a home furnishings setting), excellent phone and communication skills, strong computer skills, and a motivated personality with a passion for helping customers.

Looking to put your phone skills to the test while helping keep inventory organized and on time? Furniture Fair’s buyer’s office is a fast-paced environment that is responsible for helping to keep furniture inventory organized and sent where it needs to be on time.
Team members of the Buyer’s Office will help with inventory management, order placement, pricing control, Product shipping ETAs (estimated time of arrival), while also communicating with sales representatives and creating SKUs (stock-keeping units) to help the company keep track of products.
Ideal members of the buyer’s office team should have strong computer and phone skills, organizational skills with an eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sales representatives, shipping and freight companies, and other offices in and out of the company.
