"Furniture Fair order the incorrect rug. So my rug that should have been ordered should be in Tuesday. I feel I should be given a discount. My daughter is buying furniture also from you and since it was Furniture Fair mistake in regarding ordering the wrong rug I feel a discount is in order. All sales clerks were wonderful. And I also think you should have more than a 3 day policy to bring something back. Your store is the only store I’ve heard of on returns 3 days. Also delivery furniture as your furniture is expensive, customers should not have to pay for delivery in a 10 mile range on my daughter’s furniture. Thank you, Patricia Hardaway I could not give a fair rating on the rug as I don’t have it."
