Surround sound not working
"Matt was great as a salesman. . the installers were great as well, but unfortunately my surround sound isn’t working and a tech is coming out to address it on the 9th. . remains to be seen if it’s going to work or not. . hope everything works out"
Missing cords and haven’t heard from anyone
"Furniture isn’t completely functioning because the installer said there is missing cord. I haven’t heard from anyone so now I have to start making calls to get my furniture operational. Not very good customer service"
The perfect couch
"We found this couch by accident. We loved how it felt and looked in the store! When we got it home it exceeded our expectations. We did have to get a new TV in order for the Bluetooth to work with the couch for surround sound but SO worth it! The seats are big enough for a human and dog to snuggle or a human and tiny human. The heating feature makes the cool leather inviting and warm. I am very pleased with this couch and hope it holds up for years to come!"
