Bedroom
"Terrible delivery men! Insulting! Also defective twin bed. Called Customer Support. She was insulting while reporting damaged bed! Outside contractor came observed bed issues agreed with my assessment! I was told that this gentleman was not out to repair but rather than to observe, which is all he did. I signed a document that agreed with what I had reported as far as damage to the bed. I’ve waited two weeks before I contacted the store thinking that it was in the process of being replaced only to discover that the outside contractor just completely closed out Ongoing Support. I have spoken to Joe Gideon about this. My bed needs to be replaced. I’m absolutely furious. The way this whole thing has been handled."

The dresser is nice, but
