"We are happy with this set, very heavy, solid and well built. The legs had very small plastic floor protectors nailed to the bottom, too small for the weight of the chairs, which damaged our floor. We replaced them with thick felt pads which work much better."
Defects
"We love the table but had issues immediately. The delivery and assembly team noticed the leaf was cracked. They were able to get us a new table top fairly quickly. 3 of the chairs are wobbly but they won't replace them. We have to wait over a week for a tech who can hopefully fix them. I don't understand why the manufacturer won't just swap out the chairs with new ones and fix at the warehouse. Happy with Furniture Fair delivery guys and customer care, just not the manufacturer."
