"Salesman will try there hardest to sale you warranty. Tell you if you need anything just call. You call I am just a Salesman out of my hands. Then they send out repair man. First thing he says. Is I don't work for Furniture Fair. There a problem I'll order a new cushion. Doesn't know when. Spend over $4000. 00 . Then be told no big deal just sit on your broke down $2500. 00 couch. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor do not shop here."
