      "Can’t get the foot rest down! Unless you are very strong you will not be able to get the foot rest to go back in. This is my second chair, the first one had a bad mechanism. They won’t come to work on this one til September 22. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company as I am furniture Fair! I will not be purchasing anything from them again."
