Missed the mark…
"Store personnel were friendly, delivery staff was great, but the furniture assembly was shoddy. Chair arms were loose and bolts are missing. Store can’t send someone to address it for several days. Why would I go back?"

Great chair, poor follow up from Furniture Fair.
"This is a great chair that’s very comfortable. The only issue has been Furniture Fair’s lack of response to a small amount of damage on the base of the foot rest."
Just what we expected.
"It is every bit as comfortable as the leather chair it replaced and much easier to get up from sitting."
Love the chair.

Returned
"Had to return and purchase different chair."
damaged
"The chair is somewhat comfortable, and the recliner helps. Overall look is good. Delivery was disappointing. First time both items were damaged. Second time ottoman was damaged, and they only would send "repairman". They evidently have a problem with storage and or delivery. Probably not going back."
