The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and who live within Furniture Fair’s delivery zones. Employees of Furniture Fair (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Furniture Fair as final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
Entries for the $1200 Shopping Spree Sweepstakes are accepted on an ongoing basis until further notice. Furniture Fair reserves the right to pause, modify, or end the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. Winners may be drawn at regular intervals or at Furniture Fair’s discretion.
To enter, fill out the online registration form provided on this Sweepstakes page. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries using different email addresses, identities, or devices may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Furniture Fair.
One (1) winner will receive a $1200 Furniture Fair Shopping Spree. The prize must be used in-store or online toward qualifying merchandise and may not be redeemed for cash. All prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Furniture Fair to use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.
Winners will be selected at random under the supervision of Furniture Fair. Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours, or does not complete required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.
By entering, you grant Furniture Fair permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and submitted content in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Furniture Fair reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Use of bots or fraudulent entry methods will result in disqualification.
By entering, you release and hold harmless Furniture Fair and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising directly or indirectly from your participation or acceptance of the prize. Furniture Fair is not responsible for technical issues, unauthorized intervention, or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. By entering, participants agree that any disputes will be handled individually in a court of competent jurisdiction. Participants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and agree to limit claims to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering.
