Furniture Fair's Protection Plan

Rather than requiring you to purchase separate warranties for every individual sofa, chair, or table, Furniture Fair packages your coverage into a single plan scaled to the total retail value of qualifying furniture on your order. Whether you are buying a single piece or furnishing an entire room, one plan protects your complete investment.

With our "No-Use, No-Lose" guarantee, if you do not file a service claim during your 5-year coverage period, you can contact Furniture Fair within 6 months of your plan's expiration to receive a store coupon in the full amount of your protection plan's purchase price. The coupon can be redeemed within one year on any purchase of at least twice the coupon amount at any Furniture Fair location.

The Premium Plus Protection Plan covers fabric upholstery, leather, vinyl, wood, case goods, and other hard-surface furniture. Coverage includes accidental stains (food, beverage, ink, pet incidents), punctures, rips, burns, water rings, chips, and scratches that penetrate the finish, as well as mechanical and structural breakdowns such as frame breakage, recliner or sleeper mechanisms, and integral electrical components.

If an accident occurs, contact Montage Customer Care at 1-800-686-5559 or submit your claim online within 30 days of the incident. A certified service technician will assist in cleaning or repairing the covered damage in your home. If a covered item cannot be repaired to manufacturer standards, it will be replaced.

This plan does not cover outdoor furniture, adjustable bed bases, rugs, or clearance merchandise (specialized protection plans are available for those categories). It also excludes damage accumulated over time, normal wear and tear, and issues covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
