Furniture Fair cares and will assist you with any manufacturer warranty claims or direct you to the appropriate party. We also offer the Montage Protection Plan or the Furniture Fair Service Agreement* for an additional cost.

For answers to all your warranty questions, please call the Customer Care Department at 513-874-5553. Customer Care hours are Monday through Saturday (11 a.m. to 8 p.m) and Sunday (11 a.m. to 6 p.m).
