A LETTER FROM OUR CEO

To all of our valued customers,

We would like to again thank our Furniture Fair Family for their patience and understanding in what has been a necessary but frustrating time for both us and our customers. As you may know, Governor DeWine and Beshear have announced plans for gradual reopening of the states, including retail on May 12th. Between now and the 12th, Furniture Fair will gradually call back support staff to begin calling you to update your specific order status. Those previously scheduled or now in stock will be contacted as soon as possible with the new procedures we’ve developed to get consumers their furniture as safely as possible. We’ve also reached out to all of our domestic factories, most of whom were also shut down, to get updates on all pending orders.
