"Furniture isn’t completely functioning because the installer said there is missing cord. I haven’t heard from anyone so now I have to start making calls to get my furniture operational. Not very good customer service"
The perfect couch
"We found this couch by accident. We loved how it felt and looked in the store! When we got it home it exceeded our expectations. We did have to get a new TV in order for the Bluetooth to work with the couch for surround sound but SO worth it! The seats are big enough for a human and dog to snuggle or a human and tiny human. The heating feature makes the cool leather inviting and warm. I am very pleased with this couch and hope it holds up for years to come!"
