"It was delivered on time. The setup was completed in a few minutes. I was happy at that time. Later in the day I put the bedding on it. I found 2 scratches on the headboard. I got in contact with the store and customer care will be out on the 8th. On further review I found a total of 12 scratches.4 on the headboard and 8 on the footboard. It looks like they were made with the same tool???"
"Beautiful bed. We'll put together and strong construction . Can be a shin knocker as the footboard corners stick out further than the mattress but still love it."
"The bed is beautiful and blends with the other furniture in our bedroom."
"Our head board, foot board and side rail is “so far so good”. Regrettably, we’re being told there’s a one year warranty, but we’re also being told that no written warranty is available. How can there be a warranty without the actual, warranty information (in writing) being made available? Very, very disappointed and dissatisfied with that important aspect of the purchase."

"I LIKE ALL ThE FURNITURE I BOUGHT, THE PRICES WERE VERY AFFORDABLE FOR ME, THE SALES STAFF WERE VERY PLEASENT, NOT PUSHY. , THEY WANT WHAT YOU DESIRE."
"Great customer service very professional crew of people"
"It’s a white queen size bed lol but we do love it"
"The whole experience from product to sales to delivery was excellent. The sales person definitely several cuts above what you expect fron consumer retail. She asked us good questions to make sure we and she understood what we needed. It was difficult to find a black headboard but she did at the price we were targeting. The Next day delivery was also excellent. Next time we will start at Furniture Fair"
