"Have only had for a short time but it seems to have met our expectations. The only issue was one of the delivery drivers didn’t know that everything wasn’t hooked up and tried to tell us it was. He was the one doing the hook up. Everything else from the sales person and other drivers were very good."
"very good experience sale person was very helpful and very knowledgeable"
"My salesman, Ed T, seemed knowledgeable about recliner chairs in my price range. I paid for the chair I wanted, extended warranty, taxes, and delivery. I was able to squeeze that final cost into my budget. I received the expected call the day before and the day of delivery. The two guys brought the chair to my apartment, put the chair in my chosen spot, and then put it together. All went smoothly. Controls worked. The only thing I did Not see was the box it was supposed to come in. I think when a customer sees the box, we are more apt to believe what we get is Not a floor sample. I hope I did not receive a floor model. The box may have been in the delivery truck and the chair removed to bring down the driveway."
"Very nice looking recliner. Fits perfectly in living room, Everything is working with the controls. Very comfortable to sit in."
"I love the recliner, looks great, comfortable. Price was good"

"You guys are the best! Thank you Ryan for helping me out on such short notice. My husbands used the recliner everyday since he came home from the hospital. I just can’t thank you enough for all of your kindness! I will definitely will by my furniture from you all 🤗 Thanks, Deanna"
