Diappointed
"New rocker recliner needed customer service. Had them send repair man to check the recliner position. Chair would creep up after reclining all the way back. Had to order new motor. How long will that take? Don’t know."

Issue corrected
"Wrong recliner was delivered and we returned to store and spoke to salesman Desmond, who was not our original salesman, and he was VERY helpful. Issue was given to manager Chris who came out to our house, verified that it was the wrong recliner and said that correct one would be ordered and delivered. Many thanks to Desmond & Chris."

The leg rest is twisted,
"The leg rest is twisted, which you can see a lot better in person. Some of the stitching has come undone. I guess I expected better quality for the price. Right out of the box. Thanks."
