False description and no response to email
"We ordered this bed 3 weeks ago. It came quickly. The free delivery worked fine. The day after delivery we assembled the bed. One of the pieces was split beyond use. We called, arranged to pick up a correct piece that day. Defeating the point of ‘free delivery’, but at least we could still assemble the bed as planned. The bed is listed as having a height of 62 inches. When we finished building the bed we found the max height to be 50 inches. This means that our 5 yr old cannot sit up on the bottom bunk. I immediately took pictures and emailed customer service. Still no response. I would never order from furniture fair again."
