Amazing experience!
"My wife and I were overly impressed with the entire experience with Furniture Fair. From the minute we walked in the store and met our salesperson, Jorden, to the buying experience, to the scheduling of the delivery and to the delivery itself, everyone was friendly, engaging and helpful. If I had to make an analogy, Furniture Fair is to the furniture industry what Chick-fil-A is to the restaurant industry. Furniture Fair offered the best selection of any competitor with the best prices and quality. This is no exaggeration- it was genuinely a great experience. In this day and age, that is hard to come by. Thanks Furniture Fair for a great experience- we'll definitely come to see you again for our next furniture purchase!"
Great loveseat/Disappointing Arrival
"The loveseat is well-made and extremely comfortable - a great value for the price. However, upon delivery, I immediately noticed that the loveseat was not wrapped in padding, let alone in its original shrink wrap. Due to this failure, the sides were scuffed and the bottom fabric had been torn away from the frame. The delivery guys said that this was the procedure so Furniture Fair could “inspect” the loveseat before delivery. Totally stupid to send it unprotected and a major disappointment for the customer. Adopt a better procedure, Furniture Fair."
